This unique health delivery solution for a huge market is our fourth and we currently seek a dynamic Sales Executive for Houston to join our organization. We are poised for significant continued growth in corporate accounts and are immediately looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team. As our Houston area Sales Executive, you will be tasked with closing new sales enterprise and medium sized businesses. Houston area executives and business owners are frustrated with the negative impact employee health care has on their business. Their frustration stems from the financial impact of rising health insurance costs, disruptions to their business (revenue), and paying employees for work when they are away from the office getting routine care. Our client is an aggressive, early stage, company that is in the process of changing the way health care is delivered in the US, with our unique business model which delivers value to all three constituents in the health care equation (employer, employee, and payor). Founded in 2007, the company’s medical professionals travel directly to the employee, at work or at home, 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm, to minimize the negative business impact to companies. The results, as documented by companies large and small, are employees are at work more, and health insurance costs are driven down. Accountabilities: - Achieve revenue goals and other sales metrics by:
- Outbound calling from qualified lead lists as well as self-identified prospects.
- Responding to inbound leads from current client referrals, marketing generated campaigns, web searches, etc.
- Developing relationships with referring third parties: brokers, consultants, other vendors, etc.
- Effectively manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle and track activities.
- Aggressively prospect, network and pre-qualify opportunities to maximize sales productivity.
- Accountable for generating a significant and consistent stream of new business revenue for the company by successfully selling our company’s value proposition to new clients specifically at the C-Level and Human Resources.
- In charge of the overall client relationship, our Houston business owner ensures that the all of client’s needs and expectations are met.
- Responsible for meeting established new business revenue and client retention goals.
Required knowledge/skills: - Proven, documented success selling to CEOs and CFOs is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to communicate a value based business proposition to all levels of internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing. Experience selling to corporate HR/benefits departments is a plus.
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent analytical skills coupled with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Aggressive, fearless, go-getter personality.
- Comfortable with conducting presentations, public speaking and negotiating.
- Motivated and self-directed.
